不適合親子，酒店泳池太小，沙灘也不好，出去玩回來房間沒打掃，説工人下午三點下班了，旁邊酒店晚上12點還在開party，避雷…..個人覺得拉邁海灘和波譜海灘更適合親子，查汶又吵鬧又雜亂不建議

Terrible hotel! Do not recommend! We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The staff is completely unhelpful and shows no understanding of guests’ situations. Customer service is an absolute nightmare — it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. They don’t answer phone calls, ignore messages, and respond to emails with cold, generic replies — if they respond at all. The service is awful. There is a complete lack of care or responsibility. We had an issue that needed urgent attention, and the hotel simply didn’t care. No effort was made to understand or resolve the problem. We deeply regret booking this hotel. The service is terrible, communication is nonexistent, and the staff attitude is dismissive at best. If you don’t want to ruin your 訂房網站, avoid this place at all costs

Elephant Beach Club: Chill Spot with Good Vibes Elephant Beach Club is basically where you go on Koh Samui if you want to chill, eat good food, and vibe by the beach. It’s right on Chaweng Beach, so the location’s a 10/10 for that “Instagram-perfect but also I’m here to have fun” energy. The Vibe: It’s got this boho-tropical setup with colorful bean bags and loungers facing the ocean. During the day, it’s all about kicking back with some mellow tunes, but as the sun sets, it gets lively with DJs and parties. Basically, a spot that goes from “laid-back brunch” to “let’s dance barefoot on the sand” real quick. Food & Drinks: The food? Solid. A mix of Thai classics and international stuff—so everyone’s happy. The seafood platter is legit, and the Elephant Mojito is dangerously good. Drinks are a bit on the pricier side for Thailand but worth it for the beach vibes. Service: Staff is super friendly. They check in just the right amount, not overly hovering, which is perfect. Bonus Points: They’ve got water sports like paddleboarding if you’re feeling active. Or you can just people-watch and soak up the sun. Oh, and the parties? Fun, but not wild-wild—just the right level of energy. Terrible service took my daughter there and it’s nothing like the pictures. The swimming pool was disgusting. The sunbeds had black mould all over them. There was rubbish all around the sunbeds. The planes are so noisy going over we asked for a refund and the manager refused that so we booked a hotel anyway further down the beach. The water is also very scummy down the end was very unhappy with the service from the manager would not recommend anyone going to this hotel. There’s far better than the elethant and I’ve stayed in a lot of nice hotels.!!!! Very poor and let down!!

Fotoğraflara aldanmayın; ne tesis çok iyi ne de yeri cennette. Denizi güzel değil. Her gün konaklama ücretinin dörtte birini ödeyerek güzel plajlara gidip gelmek zorunda kaldık. Chaweng zaten adanın en kalabalık ve en gürültülü yeri. Bodrum, Kaş, Çeşme gibi Türkiye’deki deniz imkanlarını arıyorsanız zaten gelmeyin buraya. Personel iyiydi. Özetle, Chaweng’deki tesislerden uzak durun.

We had a delux double room for one night as we had an early flight the following morning. The room was clean,tidy with a super comfortable bed. We had lunch at the restaurant which overlooks the beach, the food was ok and the staff were friendly. The hotel is situated in a busy area where you can walk out to the shops and various restaurants. The hotel is only a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport, therefore you do hear the planes overhead.

9.14定的，天氣不好，重要的是酒店的沙灘前面就是暗礁，水底很多植物和水草啊，不敢去游泳，我去游泳的時候踩上去腳還割了一個口子，氣死了。他不是純沙灘這個海灘不適合游泳，住了一晚就換酒店了。價格偏高，性價比低！不太推薦。
